See what is connected
Open Settings, then Integrations, then Connected apps. Every member of the workspace can see this page.- The summary at the top shows how many connections are live, how many data requests they made in the last 7 days, and which connection ends next.
- Each connection has its own row, with the app, who approved it and when, when it was last used, and when its access ends. When two people each connect the same app, you see two rows.
- Open a row to see what the app can see, its Activity (when it was connected, from which device and IP address, and when it was used) and its Data requests (each request it made in the last 90 days).
Disconnect an app
The workspace owner, or the person who approved the connection, can disconnect it. Other members see who can.1
Open the connection
In Connected apps, select the connection’s row.
2
Select Disconnect
At the bottom of the panel, select the Disconnect button with the app’s name.
3
Confirm
Check who approved it and when, then select Disconnect. Select Keep it to change your
mind.
Disconnecting stops new reads. The app may keep what it already received, such as earlier
answers in a chat. Ask the app’s maker if you need that removed.
Past connections
Connections that ended in the last 90 days are listed under Past connections. Open one to see its Activity and Data requests. Each shows why it ended.
To use the app again after any of these, start again from the app.
FAQ
Does a connected app use one of my API keys?
Does a connected app use one of my API keys?
No. A connected app signs in to Brilo as the person who approved it and never sees your API
keys. API keys are for your own software. See
Connect Claude or ChatGPT.
Can I change what an app can see?
Can I change what an app can see?
Not from this page. What an app can see is chosen on the Brilo page that appears when the
connection is allowed. To change it, disconnect the app and connect it again from the app. See
Connect Claude or ChatGPT.
Why is the same app listed more than once?
Why is the same app listed more than once?
Each connection is listed on its own, with who approved it, for example when two people each
connect ChatGPT. Disconnecting one leaves the others working. See
Disconnect an app.
Why did a connection end on its own?
Why did a connection end on its own?
Connections end after 90 days, after 30 days without use, or when the person who approved it
leaves the workspace. Brilo also stops a connection to protect your data. The reason is on the
row. See Past connections.
Who can see this page?
