Documentation rebuilt. The documentation has been restructured around what you are trying to do rather than where things sit in the dashboard, and the first set of pages is written: getting set up, phone numbers, actions, troubleshooting, and billing.New reference pages carry the facts people ask for most: what your agent can do, supported languages, available voices, limits, and plans.
Pulse Score. Every eligible call is scored from 1 to 5 automatically, covering whether the caller got what they needed, how clear your agent was, how much effort it took, and how the caller sounded.
