What you can connect
Check the app store in your dashboard for the current list before assuming something is missing.
It is the accurate answer, and it changes more often than this page does.
What your agent does with a connection
Connecting a tool does two things. It lets your agent look something up mid call, so it can tell a caller their order status or find a free appointment slot. And it lets your agent write back after the call, so a new lead or a call summary lands where your team already works. You choose which of those happen. A connection sitting there does nothing until you add the action that uses it. See What are actions. When your tool is not on the list
You have two routes, and neither needs Brilo to build anything:- A custom action lets your agent call your system directly during a conversation, including looking something up and reading the answer back to the caller. See Build a custom action.
- A webhook sends the details of every call to your own system after it ends, which suits reporting and record keeping rather than mid call lookups. See Send data to your systems.
FAQ
Does Brilo work with HubSpot?
Does Brilo work with HubSpot?
Yes. Connect HubSpot from the app store and your agent can create and update contacts and log
what happened on a call, so a lead your agent qualified is in your CRM before your team picks
it up. See Update your CRM.
Does Brilo work with RingCentral?
Does Brilo work with RingCentral?
Yes. Forward your RingCentral number to a Brilo number and your agent answers the calls, and
connect RingCentral from the app store so your agent can send texts, create contacts and book
meetings. See Connect Brilo to RingCentral.
Does Brilo work with Google Calendar?
Does Brilo work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Google Calendar is the calendar Brilo books into. Your agent checks what is free and books
the appointment during the call, and can send the caller a confirmation. See
Connect Google Calendar.
Can I connect a tool that is not on the list?
Can I connect a tool that is not on the list?
Yes, through a custom action for mid call lookups or a webhook for sending call details
afterwards. Both need someone technical for about an hour, and neither waits on Brilo to build
anything. Tell support which tool you need so it can be considered for the app store.
Do integrations cost extra?
Do integrations cost extra?
Connecting a tool costs nothing on top of your plan. The app store needs Pro or above, and
sending email from your own domain also starts at Pro. Webhooks are available on every plan,
including Free. See Plans and what they include.
Do I need a developer to connect my CRM?
Do I need a developer to connect my CRM?
No, not for anything in the app store: you sign in to the tool and choose what your agent
should do. You only need a developer for a custom action or a webhook, which are for systems
the app store does not cover. See Do I need a developer.
Can I connect two tools of the same kind?
Can I connect two tools of the same kind?
Yes. Nothing stops you connecting a CRM and an ecommerce tool, or several apps at once, and
each action you add picks the connection it uses. Keep it to what your agent actually needs:
every extra action is another thing to get right on a live call.
Where do I see whether a connection is working?
Where do I see whether a connection is working?
In the app store, next to the connected tool. A connection can also stop working if the
password or access on the other side changes, and the usual sign is an action that used to run
and now does not. See An action did not run.
