Most businesses hire Brilo for one of six jobs. Each guide below is a complete setup for that job: what to put in your instructions, what to upload, which actions to switch on, and what to test before you go live. Pick the one closest to what you need and follow it end to end.

The six jobs

Which one should you start with

Start with the one that costs you money today. For most businesses that is the answering service, because a missed call is a lost customer and it is the easiest thing to measure: count the calls you did not answer last week. If your phone is already covered, appointment scheduling is usually the next biggest win, because it removes work rather than adding cover. Do one job properly before adding a second. An agent that answers well and books reliably beats one that half does six things.

What every guide assumes

Each guide assumes you have built an agent and can call it. If you have not: answer your first call takes about fifteen minutes. Each guide then covers the same ground for its job: the instructions to copy, the knowledge to upload, the actions to switch on, what to test, and the rules to be aware of.

FAQ

The one costing you money now, which for most businesses is answering the phone. Count how many calls went unanswered last week: that number is what an answering service setup recovers.
Yes, and most do. One agent can answer calls, book appointments, and take messages out of hours. Set them up one at a time and test each before adding the next, so you know which change caused what.
Answering, booking, and qualifying work on any paid plan. Outbound jobs, including payment reminders and follow ups, need Starter or above because outbound calling is off on Free. See Plans and what they include.
An afternoon to have it working, and about a week of listening to real calls to have it working well. The guides are written to be followed in one sitting.
Not yet. These six guides cut across industries, and each one works the same whether you run a clinic, a garage, or a letting agency: the setup is the same and only the wording of your instructions changes. Tell support@brilo.ai which trade you are in and what is different about it.
