What changed in Brilo, newest first. Product changes that affect what you can do are listed here, each linking
to the page that explains it.

<Update label="August 2026">
  **Documentation rebuilt.** The documentation has been restructured around what you are trying to do rather than
  where things sit in the dashboard, and the first set of pages is written: getting set up, phone numbers,
  actions, troubleshooting, and billing.

  New reference pages carry the facts people ask for most:
  [what your agent can do](/supported/what-your-agent-can-do),
  [supported languages](/supported/languages),
  [available voices](/supported/voices),
  [limits](/supported/limits), and
  [plans](/supported/plans).
</Update>

<Update label="Earlier">
  **Pulse Score.** Every eligible call is scored from 1 to 5 automatically, covering whether the caller got what
  they needed, how clear your agent was, how much effort it took, and how the caller sounded. See
  [Pulse Score](/reports/pulse-score).

  **Bring your own email domain.** Your agent can send email from your own domain rather than ours, on Pro and
  above. See [Bring your own domain](/integrations/email/bring-your-own-domain).

  **Import a number from Twilio.** Bring a number you already own into Brilo for calls and texts. See
  [Import a phone number from Twilio](/integrations/telephony/twilio/import-number).

  **Post call webhook.** Send the details of every finished call to your own systems. See
  [Post call webhook](/api-reference/webhooks/post-call).
